Once your free credit has been used, you won’t be charged automatically. You can choose to purchase additional credits if you’d like to continue using Smartfile.

Simple answers to the most common questions about our plans, payments, and credits.
Yes. If you’re on a monthly payment plan, your plan renews on the anniversary of your sign-up date. Any unused credits won’t roll over to the next billing cycle, so make sure you use them before they reset.
You have 90 days to use any credits purchased ‘On-demand’ before they expire.
We don’t offer refunds for unused credits, but you can cancel anytime to stop future billing.
Payment methods can be added and removed from the Wallet area in the Smartfile app.
You can update your account name or email anytime in your account settings. Changes will be reflected immediately.
Yes. We know that once you've found your dream home, you won't need Smartfile, until the next time. You can close your account through your Smartfile account settings.
