Smartfile was born out of lived experience — the same challenges many people face when trying to make sense of complex, disorganised information. We saw firsthand how difficult it can be to find clarity and confidence when the details are buried in pages of technical reports and data. So, we set out to build something better.
While AI powers the engine room of our product, it’s real people who make it meaningful. We’re a small, New Zealand-based team of data specialists, problem-solvers, and doers who believe technology should help people, not replace them. Every improvement, every insight, every interaction is guided by human experience — our own and that of our customers.
